Terms & Conditions

1. All items for sale are BRAND NEW and in excellent condition as exactly displayed in the photo.

2. Please take note that pre-loved/thrifted items will be specifically stated.

3. No swaps allowed and serious buyers only.

4. No exchanges, refunds for the change of mind or defects changes at own discretion.

5. Cancellation may be allowed only before item/items are sent out.

6. We shall not held any responsibility for lost items or damages incurred during delivery period.

7. Postage fee is not inclusive. Please refer to DELIVERY for details.

8. Only 3 days reservations allowed and upon expiry, reserved item will be automatically sold to another interested buyer.

9. Please bear in mind that first come first serve basis and no backout customer.

10. As it is not possible to replicate exact colour matches and textures accurately using web colours and images, the colours shown throughout here are representative only and can vary from the actual product colours.

How to make an order?

1. Select & place order via order form or send us an email at j4jelly.b4beans@gmail.com .

2. Your order form will automatically direct to us.

3. If you place order by email, please state your name, mailing address, items code & name, contact numbers and postage method .

3. We will proceed and respond to your order within 24hours.

4. After payment made, we will check and send out your order on the coming weekend (as the owner is a working person).
